The Lord WILL Provide

Today I want to share a few things that the Lord has been doing for us. We moved from New Jersey to Nashville, last weekend. 

The day before packing the truck, we realized we needed more hands to help pack it. (maybe a little late on that lol) My sweet in laws had driven three hours to come help us. We're thanking Jesus for them! Then two ladies and a guy volunteered to help us from our church.

On Friday morning, we became hesitant that the truck would not fit all of our things. We began calling around to see if we could get a bigger truck. With every call, we were shut down. My friends arrived and we began to pack, trusting that Jesus would help us. The guy who came to help us, grew up in a place where it's disrespectful to waste space. And let me tell you, he didn't waste any space.  He got into the truck and compacted everything in there! I still can't believe it. It's like the Lord was saying, " No you don't need a bigger truck! You need Steven and I have sent him to help you pack with what you have". Praise Jesus.

Every single one of those helpers were so valuable and we could not have done any of it without them. You know who you are! We say, "thank you"!

On the drive to Nashville, we encountered a major storm. In the car, I prayed to myself , " Lord I know I'm not the only one you take care of on this Earth. Please continue to take care of your Creation by the rain, but once we start to unpack, please withhold the rain". The rain was so bad that we could not see and there were multiple wrecks. The Lord got us to our location safely, and I want to publicly say, "Thank you again, Jesus!"

Upon arriving, we were greeted with my brother and his fiancé, who also drove 3 hours to come up helps unpack. wow! We were also greeted by a friend who is from our church in NYC but was in Nashville on a work trip. He came to help us unpack the truck. Thank you Jesus!

As soon as we started to unpack the truck, the rain completely stopped. Only Jesus!

The Lord sent the right people to pack the truck and help us clean up the apartment and He sent us the right people to unpack the truck. I'm in Awe!!

The next day we went over to a friend's home in Nashville, who was supplying us with a table and chairs for FREE! we had given ours away in New Jersey. Wow! Once again, only Jesus!

The Lord WILL Provide. He will never lead to leave you. I'm so thankful today and I hope you can be encouraged to ponder the things the Lord has been doing in your life. Give Him Thanks!

He deserves it all!

It's when we can remember what the mighty hands and outstretched arms of our Jesus has done for us, that we can find Rest!
